Wayburn, I grew up listening to Acapella when I was a young fella and George Pendergrass was and still is a very close friend of my family. The song "rescue" my dad (Graylon A. Freeman) and I sing that song all the time together. Thank you for all that you do. Bless you and your wife.

Hey Wayburn, I just came across an old email- I had sent you a book that I had written and you were kind of enough to respond. We began the process of trying to get you in concert in Bloomington, Il. but what transpired over the next several months was time of unbelievable challenge for me that nearly took my life. Looking back now at the past 2 years and all that is behind me, I can truly see God's hand and give Him glory. The songs that you sing and the music that God flows through you has ministered to me in times when the only thing I had the strength to do was listen. You truly have a music MINISTRY! I pray for blessing and protection for you and your family! I'm still hoping to catch you in concert one of these days! For Real, Tina Zimmerman

Hello Wayburn. I am so happy that I found your website and now I can get your albums! I am feeling blessed already. I cannot fully put into words just how your music helped me through some dark times in my life. Songs like 'Rescue' 'Standing Right In Front Of You' 'We have Seen His Glory' tell messages that I hold so dear to my heart and carry with me where ever I go in this world until my Savior returns for me. Thank you for your submission to the calling of the Lord, for being his vessel. God Bless you always and your family as well for their support and heeding to the Lord. Work for the Savior Wayburn and do not tire. Great shall be the reward and sweet shall be the victory. I am so sorry I could not see you when you came to JAMAICA but my Mom did and trust me she still talks about it...smile. But I shall definitely ask you to sing as we shake hands on the streets of gold....and on that day the angels will fold their wings because it will be a song they cannot sing for we know they 'Long To Look Into These Things'. God bless you and your family always. From Bridgette (Jamaica & UK)

Hey I'm Jeremy. I go to Harding and Covenant Fellowship and sang on the praise team with you there. I know that was a several months ago, but I just wanted to thank you and your wife for coming here (and tell her that too because I know she does so much work for the ministry). The concert was great and the worship was uplifiting too with you and Brishan there. Your music has really been an inspiration to me and my family whether in Acappella or your solo projects. Something just told me to send you an email today, and I try to not to fight the Spirit haha. I've been praying for your ministry and hope God continues to use you. I have also been praying for Janae and hope that she is doing okay with the loss of her father. Keep up the faith, and keep ministering to people with your music. It was awesome to hear you tell the story about the guy from the record label that came up to talk to you in Tulsa and the response you had for him. It's awesome to see someone use the gift God gave them for His glory instead of their own like so many do. God has really put me through the furnace this past year or so, with my health, and really molded me and refined me, showing me just how much I need Him. And music is definitely something that comforted me in those dark times, and reminded me that God is in control and that he cares. I'm finally started to see what God was doing for me, and am learning to tell my story, and how to put it in a form that can reach people, which is music. I know you have often compared your life to Samuel's, talking about how you shouldn't really be here, but God worked through your mom's faith and now you are here as a testimony, and have to give the glory to God. I feel very similarly, often being compared to Job (sometimes as a joke by friends), and have since written a song about it with the chorus coming from the verse in Job that reads "The Lord has given and the Lord has taken away. May the name of the Lord be praised." And

Hello Wayburn! My name is Tavairy Williams. I use to sing with the young group named "The Four Christian Stars" back in the days. I was the bass singer. We traveled & did a few shows with Acappella back when you were with them. After the 4Stars I traveled & sung with Straight Company for 8 yrs. I now work with the Federal Government as a Criminal Investigator located here in New Orleans, LA. I just wanted to drop a few lines in to you to let you know that I appreciate & admire your zeal to keep on using your talents & the gift of singing for the lord. You've always had an increditable vocal talent that was so pure, clean, & refreshing. Glad to see you continue to do your thang & bless others thru your music. There are times when I'm feeling down & out and I pop in one of your Cd's to get or feel uplifted. The words to many of your songs are so inspirational & uplifting to me. Thanks! Keep up the good work. May God continue to bless you & your family to continue to do his will thru your singing ministry. Your brother in Christ, "Tee"

I don't know what I would have done without it. Your in my prayers brother. Hopefully things aren't so "stiiiky" in Michigan!! Hollar at Brent for me. --Randy
